Acceptable use policy
Version 1.0. This policy is part of the terms. It also applies to posts sent through the API.
Not allowed
Spam and engagement bait at volume. Scams, phishing, and malware links. Impersonation and brand abuse. Sexual content involving minors. Hate, harassment, and violent extremism. Illegal drugs or weapons trade. Attempts to reset the trial by reconnecting the same social account or creating extra organizations.
What we may do
Refuse a publish, hold it for review, close the account, or ban the user. A ban blocks sign-in and stops automations in organizations that user owns. Content checks, when enabled, do not replace this policy.
