Terms of service

These terms cover the QuickPost service. Version 1.0. Creating an account requires accepting the current version.

The account

One email is one account. Email cannot be changed. You can set a password and, later, link Google. You must keep the credentials private. A new account creates an organization you own.

Organizations

Subscriptions, social accounts, workspaces and members belong to the organization. Only the owner manages payment. Invited people act inside the permissions they were given.

Publications and trial

A publication is the maximum number of target accounts on any one network in that post. The free allowance is 15 publications per calendar month on the user. New organizations do not add a new allowance. We may refuse trial publishing that repeats the same network account to evade the limit.

Acceptable use

You may not use QuickPost to spam, phish, impersonate, publish illegal content, or bypass plan limits. The acceptable use policy is part of these terms. We may block a post or a user when that policy is broken.

Networks

You must follow each network’s own terms. QuickPost does not guarantee that a network will accept a post. A failed or partial delivery is shown as a status, not as a silent success.

Ending

You can stop using the service and ask for account deletion. We can suspend an account that is banned for abuse. The payment provider’s subscription rules apply once a paid plan is active.
