Data processing addendum
Version 1.0. This addendum applies when your organization determines why personal data is processed and QuickPost processes it to provide the service.
Instructions
We process account data, post content, and connected-account metadata to host workspaces, publish, and support the organization. We do not sell that data.
Subprocessors
Hosting, email, the payment provider, and the social networks you connect. Network tokens are sent only to that network to publish. A list of infrastructure subprocessors is available on request.
International transfers
Where data leaves your region, we use the transfer tool required by that region’s law, such as standard contractual clauses for the EEA and the UK.
Help with requests
We will assist the organization with access, deletion, and export requests that relate to data we process for it, unless the law says otherwise.
Security and deletion
Tokens and secrets are encrypted at rest. When the organization deletes a resource, it is hidden from the product. A platform administrator can restore or permanently delete it. Permanent deletion removes tokens and media.
